Krisha Kothari is our Executive Secretary and Lead Customer Service Representative, She is responsible for managing schedules, leading day to day office tasks, handling business correspondence, ensuring legal compliance, organizing company documents and coordinating meetings. As the Lead Customer Service Representative she is also responsible for handing day-to-day interactions with customers, managing any questions, comments, or issues that may arise, and ensuring all customers receive the best possible experience.
